The Partners Core Management System integrates both scheduling and billing for the Human Immunology Center Flow Cytometry Core Facility.

Internal Partners Users: Click “Sign Up” and input your Partners ID and “Look Up Information”. Make sure all information is correct and if you’d like invoices to be also sent to your financial department please add their email to the “Alternative Email” field and select “Both” from the drop-down menu. Finally, click “Create Account”.
External Non-Partners Users*: CLICK HERE for instructions to register with the Partners Core Management System.
After registering an account, you will navigate to the BWH Human Immunology Center Flow Core and access the calendar for either the 4-laser or 5-laser instruments (depending on your needs) in order to see open sort times available for request. If you wish to book a sort, please fill out a SORT REQUEST FORM and email as an attachment to HICFLOWCORE@partners.org with all of the necessary information and await a response to confirm booking.

- 9:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
NOTE: 24-hour cancellation policy- If a user cancels within 24-hours of their sort we must charge for the time booked unless a last minute fill-in is possible
